A cacao boost to start the day - it's a daily cup that's quick to make for a healthy & grounded energy boost.
Ingredients
- 1oz / 3tbsp Ceremonial Grade Cacao
- 1 cup water
- Sweetener to taste
- Optional: cayenne & cinnamon
Directions
- Add cacao (chopped bar or scoop from the powder) to your mug
- Heat water to just before boil
- Pour into your mug and whisk until frothy
- Add sweetener and spices to taste
